The Aerobic Stepper + is perfect to push your workout to the next level all the while being simple to use and easy to store. The height is adjustable (10cm-15cm / 4in-6in) so you can increase the intensity to suit your needs and pace. To increase the intensity of your workout further, it is recommended to use free weights (such as dumbbells) or ankle/wrist weights. It has excellent traction on any floor surface, however, on smooth surfaces the use of a non-slip mat is recommended. It utilises a wipe clean surface (64cm x 27cm / 25.2in x 10.6in).
