We do not offer a weekend delivery option.


 Goods are usually dispatched within 1 - 2 days of confirming your order.

Delivery Outside the UK Mainland

Delivery to most UK Mainland addresses is included in the price of your product. We apologise but currently we cannot offer deliveries to the Scottish Highlands and Islands, Northern Ireland, The Isle of Man, the Isle of Wight. At this time we do not offer delivery to the Republic of Ireland or to any European countries.

Delivery of Large Items

For larger items, we offer a 2-man delivery service. Where applicable this is indicated on the product page.

Goods Which Are Damaged on Arrival

We endeavour to ensure that your item arrives in good condition; however, we recognise that sometimes damage in transit may occur.  In such circumstances, we will promptly replace or refund as required. Please inform us immediately by telephone (01274 693888) or by email to arrange collection of any damaged item and for delivery of a replacement.

Additional time should be allowed for your delivery to take place over Bank Holidays. Please also be aware, extreme weather conditions may also result in delivery delays.. We will make every effort to deliver your products on time, however, we cannot accept liability for any incidental expenses caused by late, failed or damaged deliveries, or for any damage caused to property while delivering your goods or any loss of earnings.

Returns Policy

30 Day Approval Guarantee - We are pleased to offer a 30 day approval guarantee. We deliver your goods and you can take a look at them in the comfort of your home and decide if you want to keep them. We do ask you to open the packaging carefully so it can be re-used should you decide to return the goods. If you wish to return, this must be within 30 days of receipt.
