Delivery

You may have to sign for some purchases. Your purchase may be dispatched either via Yodel Mini, Yodel or Final Mile. 


As a guide - carrier details will be:-   


0 - 2.99KG - Yodel Mini - Up to 3 Working Days   


3 - 30KG - Yodel - Up to 2 Working Days  


30KG+ - Final Mile (2 Man Delivery) - Up to 10 Working Days

 

We do not offer a weekend delivery option.


Delivery to most UK Mainland addresses is included in the price of your product. A surcharge will apply in respect of deliveries to the Scottish Highlands and Islands, Northern Ireland, The Isle of Man, the Isle of Wight.  At this time we do not offer delivery to the Republic of Ireland or to any European countries. Goods are usually dispatched within 1 - 2 days of confirming your order.

Delivery Outside the UK Mainland

At present we can only offer delivery to UK Mainland with a surcharge applying for deliveries to the Scottish Highlands and Islands, Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man, the Isle of Wight and the Scilly Isles. Delivery of Large Items

For larger items, we offer a 2-man delivery service. Where applicable this is indicated on the product page.

Fast Delivery

Order before 2pm, and we’ll pick and dispatch your goods the same day. All our fitness products are carefully secured inside our tested and approved mail-order packaging. We have selected delivery companies that track your order and bring your goods straight to you. Full details of our deliveries are explained below.

Goods Which Are Damaged on Arrival

We endeavour to ensure that your item arrives in good condition; however, we recognise that sometimes damage in transit may occur.  In such circumstances, we will promptly replace or refund as required. Please inform us immediately by telephone (01274 693888) or by email or by using our contact form to arrange collection of any damaged item and for delivery of a replacement.    

Other Delivery Info

Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland and all UK Islands will incur a delivery surcharge and take longer. This applies to postcodes beginning AB30, AB31, AB33. AB34, AB35, AB44, AB45, AB51, AB52, AB53 and AB54. HS IV KA27,KA28 KW PA20-49 and PA60-78 PH17-26, PH30-44, PH49-50 ZE. Additional time should be allowed for your delivery to take place over Bank Holidays. Please also be aware, extreme weather conditions may also result in delivery delays.. We will make every effort to deliver your products on time, however, we cannot accept liability for any incidental expenses caused by late, failed or damaged deliveries, or for any damage caused to property while delivering your goods or any loss of earnings.

We accept a number of payment methods in-store, online and by phone. We are constantly evolving the payment methods available to our customers and look to continually expand your options for payment. Payment can be made by card or online via third party payment solutions.

Tracking Your Order

Please use the links to Parcelforce or Hermes and enter your tracking number. If you need further assistance, please contact us by email or use the contact form.  You should provide us with your order number and / or delivery post code with reason for return and you will be emailed details.

Returns Policy

30 Day Approval Guarantee - We are pleased to offer a 30 day approval guarantee. We deliver your goods and you can take a look at them in the comfort of your home and decide if you want to keep them. We do ask you to open the packaging carefully so it can be re-used should you decide to return the goods. If you wish to return, this must be within 30 days of receipt. The goods must be complete, must not have been assembled, and must be unused, in their original packaging and with any security tags intact. Our Returns Policy can be seen in full here.



Your Right To Cancel Your Order under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations - You have the right to cancel your order under these regulations.
