RETURNS POLICY
Our 30 Day Approval Guarantee
We will replace or refund most goods provided they are returned to us within 30 days of receipt complete, have not been assembled, are unused, in their original packaging and with any security tags intact. Our Approval Guarantee does not apply to some goods or may apply only if certain conditions are met. These goods are identified on the product page and any such conditions are set out there, specifically goods that have been assembled cannot be returned under the Approval Guarantee. Your statutory rights are not affected. Returns are free under our Approval Guarantee. If you return goods outside the scope of the Approval Guarantee and you have not exercised your legal right to cancel (explained below) we reserve the right to return the goods to you at your cost or to accept their return subject to making a deduction for any loss in value of the goods arising from your handling of them and a minimum restocking charge of 20% of the purchase price of the goods, depending on the condition of the return.
Your Right To Cancel Your Order under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations.
You also have the right to cancel your order under these regulations. However, this cancellation right does not apply to personalised products, perishable goods, audio & video recordings and computer software which has been opened and goods that are unsuitable for return for health or hygiene reasons if they are unsealed after delivery. The cancellation period will expire 14 days after the goods are received by you or by a third party nominated by you to receive the goods. If your order is for multiple goods for separate delivery, the cancellation period will end 14 days after receipt of the last item. You must clearly communicate your decision to cancel to us before the end of the cancellation period, for example by using the returns note contained in your parcel or by using the model cancellation form shown in this Returns Policy, which you can send to us via Contact Us on our website or post. If you cancel, we will reimburse any payment received, including the standard delivery charge, by the original means of payment. Where the goods have not been delivered, the reimbursement will be made within 14 days of the cancellation. Where the goods have been delivered, the reimbursement will be made within 14 days of us receiving the goods back or us receiving evidence that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier. You are responsible for returning the goods to us if you cancel under these Regulations. We reserve the right to make a deduction for any loss in value of the goods arising from any unnecessary handling by you.
Consumer Rights Act 2015
If any product we supply fails prematurely due to an inherent fault (manufacturing defect), we will provide you with an appropriate remedy e.g. advice from our Technical Helpline; spare parts sent to you to repair the defect; a replacement product; or a refund (once the goods have been received and checked they are in accordance with this returns policy). A repair using our technical expertise and/or spare parts will first be offered to remedy the situation. Should a replacement item be required, we may arrange this without requesting return of the original item, but this will be at our discretion. Should a return be required we will arrange collection of the goods from you. Please note goods to be returned to us will need to be packaged in such a way to prevent any transit damage. The returned goods will be examined upon receipt to Body Sculpture. Once we have established the condition of the goods satisfies our Returns Policy, we will refund your money using the original payment method.
Technical Helpline
If you report a fault to our Technical Helpline we will try our best to address your concerns. We have technical expertise on all our products. You may need to wait for a call back as our expert works in the warehouse and showroom so can be busy elsewhere. We can offer advice to help fix the issue, plus we stock spare parts for our fitness equipment and would be pleased to hear from you so we may find a solution.
Assembled Goods
Goods that have been assembled are Non-Returnable under our Approval Guarantee. Your statutory rights are not affected. For the avoidance of doubt, please check all components are present and are in a satisfactory condition, before you start assembling the goods.
Goods delayed or missing in the delivery system or in the post
For goods delayed or missing in the delivery system or in the post we will not refund or send out a replacement until 15 days from the original dispatch date has passed. This is in accordance with Royal Mail’s lost item policy. Any claims received are only accepted on the understanding that the buyer will assist us with all enquiries and insurance claims.
Before arranging your return, please check the Approval Guarantee checklist below:
1. Items must be within 30 days of receipt to be considered for a return
2. Please ensure the product is not assembled, is unused, is complete and is safely wrapped in its original packaging (or if this is unavailable, in packaging suitable to prevent damage to the goods while in transit to us) and that any security tags are still intact
3. Please place the returned goods note for each item you are returning, inside the packaging and clearly visible to our returns inspectors, noting the reason for your return
4. Stick the returns address label over the original label, making sure the information is clear to read.
